We're excited to now be offering Building Character classes at the Alpharetta Arts Center in addition to our regular locations for Spring 2026!
Join us for fun, skill and confidence-building theatre classes designed to boost creativity, confidence, and performance skills. In a non-competitive, exciting atmosphere the students will have a blast while they learn acting skills which will enhance their self-esteem and confidence.
Please note: Class prices can be viewed via the registration page.
Our Signature Acting Class: Life-skills taught through theatre and play - performance at end of session.
These Acting classes are creative and fun!
In a non-competitive, exciting atmosphere the students will have a blast while they learn acting skills which will enhance their self-esteem and confidence. They will also work on concentration, communication skills, eye contact, interview techniques, projection, and memorization…all of which can be helpful on-stage and in the classroom!
Our Acting Classes also include:
- Scene study
- Character development
- Improvisation
- Mime
- Interview and audition techniques
Building Character is very process based, but we do take time each session to work on a presentation for family and friends. This gives our students time to work learn about blocking, rehearsal time, memorization, and developing a character for the stage. We also work on polishing their stage presence and help them handle nerves as well as building up focus and concentration.
