A Kids Cabaret is coming to the Spotlight Theatre—and we want YOU!

Audition submissions are now open for our 2026 Kid's Cabaret, taking place on August 23 at the new Spotlight Theatre in North Point Mall.
Building Character Acting Classes for Kids is thrilled to sponsor this exciting variety show on at the brand new Spotlight Theatre!
We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented kids ready to shine in a one-of-a-kind cabaret showcase. Whether you’re a triple threat or have a unique specialty, this is your chance to step into the spotlight!

🎟️ 2026 Audition submissions are now open!
- Audition submissions for solo/duet/group acts: Please send an audition tape of what you will perform during the Cabaret. 2.5 minutes max.
- Deadline for audition submissions is August 16th 2026
- Email/send self-tapes (Sending files via WeTransfer is preferred - under 100MB, please)
- Label the self-tape file with First and Last name
- Message section: Please include the parent's email, phone number and age of performer.

- NO participation fee is required to be cast in the show.
Selected acts must attend the 11 a.m. rehearsal on the day of show (August 23rd) and remain for the performance, which starts at 2 p.m. and ends by 4pm.
