Refund Policy

After School Class Refund Policy

Prior to Classes Starting

Refunds will be given minus a $35.00 processing fee up to one week before the class begins.

Due to staffing considerations and planning, no refunds will be given within one week before classes start.

Important Note: Tuition applies to the session for which the student is registered and is non-transferable.

Beyond Our Control / Unforeseen Circumstances

Under no circumstances shall Building Character, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, war, governmental actions, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air-conditioning.

Building Character cannot issues refunds due to circumstances beyond the our control. Refunds cannot be issued when class cancellation occurs due to events beyond our control or unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure) such as war, strife, civil disobedience, strikes, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, fire, natural disasters, etc.

Due to rental contracts and location availability rescheduling may be beyond our control, but we will do our best to try and reschedule classes for our students.

Summer Camp Refund Policy

Prior to Summer Camp Starting

Refund will be given, minus $50.00 processing fee before May 15th. Due to staffing considerations no refunds will be given after May 15th.
